Rakhine mone-ti

Rakhine nationals on the Bay of Bengal coast have a unique way of making mohinga.the country wide dish.It is cooked different.served different.tastes exclusive and is ate up different.

It is useful of its one of a kind name. Rakhine mone-ti. It can also be loved as a blended salad accompanied via a soup or as noodles in clear fish soup.

thin rice noodles 1. 6 kg
pike conger four hundred g
(nga-shwe) oil 320 g
turmeric a dash
ginger two 5 cm
garlic sliced 320 g
onion sliced 320 g
greater galangal eighty g
(pade-gaw)
shrimp paste three tsp
pepper half tsp
chili powder two tbs
tamarind eighty g
salt to taste
coriander leaves a hundred and sixty g
Water to make 15 cups
Steps to cook
Boil fish until soft collectively with ginger and salt in water to simply cowl the fish. Debone the fish and barely squeeze out the water when mashing it with the turmeric. and roast on gradual furnace in one tablespoon of oil until the fish turns into grainy. This is the fish garnish.
